Pints for Pups Birthday Pawty at UTC and DTSP locations
July 6th Help us celebrate and raise funding for community programs!
Oak & Stone Restaurants started with an idea in 2017 to celebrate the one year opening of the University Park location.
The tradition has carried on and the UTC location is now in its third year celebrating with pints, pups and local vendors. The Patio Pawty takes place rain or shine on July 6th, and benefits local rescue shelter Nate’s Honor Animal Rescue.
Oak & Stone Brand is setting out with the goal to raise $5,000 to help the shelter purchase a new animal rescue van, as they make frequent trips to help other shelters throughout Florida and rural Georgia to perform their animal rescue missions. Year to date, they have rescued over 1000 animals, and have already placed 917 in forever homes.
Oak & Stone donates proceeds from the classic and pepperoni pizzas and dog themed beers that are tapped on our 56 tap beer wall from breweries such as Pinellas Ale Works, Sea Dog and Dog Fish Head.
Adoptable Puppies from Nates Honor Animal Rescue will be on site at UTC during the event to spread awareness for adoption from the shelters.
To celebrate turning one, downtown St. Petersburg Oak & Stone is also celebrating in pup-style! Oak & Stone St. Petersburg will be donating proceeds from the classic & pepperoni pizzas on their menu, as well as a portion of proceeds from dog themed beer on their 48 tap beer wall. A visit from Pete the Pelican, the Rowdies mascot will take place at 3pm!
Mark your calendars and bring your pups and come out and support a good cause!
3rd Location Opens on Clark Road in South Sarasota, Fl.
4067 Clark Road, New Home for Oak & Stone Artisan Pizza and Craft Beer
You may have heard about the new craft beer and artisan pizza spot that opened recently on Clark Road in Sarasota, joining it’s current sister stores in University Park and Downtown St. Petersburg. It was an excited rollout as the Oak & Stone brand continues its ambitious growth plan with two additional openings scheduled in South Florida this year.
The location at 4067 Clark Road boasts 50 pour your own craft beer taps from our memory-making beer wall and a 700 degree pizza oven that bakes our crispy and bubbly thin crust pizzas Oak & Stone is known for. With a 36-hour dough making process and over 30 items to top your pizza with you can bet, we take our artisan pizzas seriously.
The Oak & Stone experience started when co-owner Brett Decklever wanted to create a spot where he could watch multiple football games, have a beer and bring his young family with! Born was the concept of a self-serve beer wall (literally, a wall of beer) with daily, sometimes hourly, keg changes. And what pairs best with a heady, hoppy, IPA? Pizza, of course!
Initially offering pizza only, the flagship store at 5405 University made a shift when they added a whole other side of the menu just a few weeks before opening. Oak & Stone's elevated pub fare was created with notables such as double stacked burgers, spicy fire oven baked then flash fried wings and other delights like our smoked gouda bacon mac ‘n’ cheese and philly cheesesteak egg rolls served with hot beer cheese dipping sauce.
Locals were patient throughout the spring as the "Coming Soon' signs went up, and training could be seen taking place through the windows. As we look to serve the South Sarasota community Oak & Stone is proud to partner with Vets2Success for our philanthropic efforts. As well as, our partnering with local and regional craft beer breweries with our friends at Calusa, Motorworks, NaughtyMonk, Big Top, Green Bench, Cigar City, Big Storm, 3Daughters Brewing, Fat Point, Darwins, Mastry's and many others.
